We are thrilled that David Nayor of Pound Ridge, NY has joined 44 to establish our New York/Connecticut office and Dana Neas joins our experienced closing team in our Philly corporate office.
David Nayor is a finance graduate of Lehigh University. He is an accomplished athlete – a marathon runner, a Category 4 competitive bicycle racer, Olympic distance triathlete, and played Division 1AA college lacrosse. David joins our sales team with over 15 years of nationwide SBA lending experience, structuring and underwriting over $700MM in
small business loans. An all-around first stringer, David will help establish our brand in Westchester County, Long Island, NY, Connecticut and the surrounding regions
leveraging his national and franchise lending experience as we continue to scale our business.
Another first round draft pick is the versatile and accomplished Dana Neas. Ask any of our clients or referral sources about the quality of our corporate staff – you hear, “they get the deal closed, quickly, efficiently and on time.” Adding to our experienced Blue Bell, PA team, Dana Neas of Abington Township PA, will serve as vice president, loan closing manager for our Philadelphia market. A graduate of Cedar Crest College, Neas has over 17 years of experience working in the Philadelphia banking industry and a track record of many years volunteering in her community.
As a division of Berkshire Bank, 44 Business Capital will continue to leverage our staff’s national experience to build out an exceptional SBA lending platform that will serve the SBA’s mission on a larger scale.
