44 Business Capital is offering an opportunity to run your own territory and enjoy unlimited earnings potential. As a direct small business lending division of Berkshire Bank, 44 Business Capital originates SBA loans nationwide. Our SBA group is headquartered in suburban Philadelphia, PA. We are a top 20 national PLP lender having almost $200 million SBA Authorized in Fiscal 9/30/2022.

Every member of our SBA senior leadership team has over 25 years of experience and is well respected nationally. 44 Business Capital is fully staffed with a credit and closing team that is one of the best in the business.

44’s Business Capital’s Business Development Officers (BDOs) have unlimited earnings potential for high achievers. Our BDOs work independently, and their opinions are highly regarded.

As a BDO for 44 Business Capital, you will be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. We have experienced marketing personnel to support you and an onboarding team that will help you transition seamlessly from your current lender to 44 Business Capital/Berkshire Bank.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience

Our lenders have at least five years of commercial lending experience, are great problem solvers, self-directed, and highly visible to the banking and business community in which they serve. Our most successful people are experienced SBA Business Development Officers and former bankers who enjoy the commercial lending business but not the bureaucracy of banking.

Compensation

We offer an industry competitive compensation package, including a solid base salary and unlimited commission, along with health benefits and a 401K program.

44 Business Capital is a responsive entrepreneurial SBA Lender dedicated to helping business owners nationwide. We currently service the East coast, Florida, Chicago, Illinois, and the Denver, Colorado area. We are looking to expand throughout the US, including NJ, VA, GA, the Carolinas, Texas, and the Midwest, and are looking for experienced lenders to help us grow.
